Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) – Must Have / What to Avoid IBS is a functional disorder of the intestinal tract. The movement of food and waste material is impaired causing a build-up of mucous, toxins and inflammation. Sadly this is a common disorder affecting 1 in 5 adults today. IBS does not discriminate between seniors, young adults, or children.
