Day One - Get Ready....

Full Highland Breakfast and departure for Ice Factor 1000-1130 - Get Vertical - Learn how to rock climbing on the UK’s highest articulated rock climbing wall. Expert instruction and all equipment provided to coach and encourage you up.

Coffee Break 1200-1330 - Take to the Sky! You will be escorted around the UK’s Newest Outdoor Aerial Adventure Course. Leap, dangle and claw your way around the 15m high course culminating in the notorious Leap of Faith. Finally get winched up 15m, before 3, 2, 1 Aaarggh! As you first drop then swing 45m out.

Lunch 1500-1700 - Ice Climbing on the World’s Biggest Indoor Ice Climbing Wall. Lean how to use crampons and Ice Axes as you scale grade III and upwards Ice at the National Ice Climbing Centre.

Day Two. Full Highland Breakfast Briefing by your guide on the day’s activity and equipment check.

Depart for the Lost Valley - Coire Gabhail, Glencoe.

Passing the spot featured in Kidnapped where James of the Glen was hung for the slaying of Archibald Campbell we will head into Glencoe and the site of the notorious massacre where, in the early morning of 13 February 1692 the Campbell's murdered the MacDonalds.

Your guide will escort you up into the high Coire and the amazing geological feature of the Lost Valley. The scenery is tremendous on all sides. Hemmed in by Beinn Fhada and Gear Aonach we will follow the wooded gorge to the almost completely flat valley, created when the ice receded in the last ice age. The walk can be strenuous in parts and involves nearly 1,000ft of ascent.

A leisurely packed lunch break will afford ample opportunity for photographs and discussion with your guide about local flora, fauna and history.

Return to the hotel. Tea & Cake, Departure.

Unwind with Sauna/Steam/Swim - or a dram to calm your nerves!

A sumptuous evening meal in one of the great restaurants - all with great sea and mountain views. Then relax and watch the sun set on the Wester Isles before joining the craic in the Bar.
