72H Digital Culture Mission
Rotterdam (The Netherlands)
Brussels, Leuven and Namur (Belgium)
19-21 June 2024
The Government of Catalonia, through the Catalan Institute for Cultural Companies (ICEC) and its internationalisation brand, Catalan Arts, supports the internationalisation of Catalan cultural enterprises worldwide. Thanks to a network of five offices (Barcelona, London, Berlin, Brussels, and Paris).
Catalan Arts is organizing a 72H Digital Culture mission to Rotterdam, Brussels, Leuven and Namur for the first time. A pilot mission in which a delegation of digital culture professionals from Catalonia will visit 11 benchmark creative spaces (institutions, museums, studios, research and residence spaces), among other activities on a full three-day schedule.
The main objective of the mission is to discover and connect Dutch, Belgian and Catalan professionals. We want to improve, increase and strengthen relations between these territories. We also want to encourage interest in the Catalan scene from the Netherlands and Belgium, opening the way to future relations. In this respect, a series of networking activities are proposed to get to know territories and artistic and conceptual interests. In summary, the Catalan delegation will travel to the Netherlands and Belgium to learn about the Dutch and Belgian digital ecosystem, connect with professionals with similar profiles to their own, not only internationally, but also to promote ties between interlocutors in the
Catalan digital sector. Thus, the mission has a double purpose: to present the Catalan digital sector internationally and to establish ties with Belgian and Dutch professionals, while strengthening the Catalan sector from within.
This Catalan Arts booklet gathers all the contact information for the Catalan enterprises attending this mission, hoping to spark your interest in discovering and welcoming them into your structures.
If you wish to learn more, contact them directly or reach out to the Catalan Arts team. We would be delighted to see you!
