The Government of Catalonia, through the Catalan Institute for Cultural Companies (ICEC), supports, for the tenth consecutive edition, the presence at Jazzahead! of a Catalan Delegation, with 18 representatives attending to the Fair as co-exhibitors at the Catalan Arts - Government of Catalonia Booth (6E30).
This booklet gathers information on the companies, artists, managers, venues and institutions attending Jazzahead! 2023. If you want more information on a particular one, please don’t hesitate to contact them directly. You can also get in touch with us at the fair booth or by contacting any of our offices -located in Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, London and Paris for further assistance. We hope you will have
a chance to meet all of them and have interesting conversations.

Voice for Jazz Musicians in Europe is a platform that will represent the rights of European jazz musicians. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 14 federations and associations of jazz musicians from all over Europe have been meeting to find a single voice for musicians at European level. The AMJM is one of them. The first objective achieved was to carry out a survey on the impact of COVID-19.

Libérica makes an approach to iberian folk music from a new fresh point of view. After a season living in New York and having played with great jazz icons such as Dave Liebman or Chris Cheek, Fortià decides to return to his homeland.
