Blowing in the wind Spring opening 2013 She has the side window of her vintage VW rolled down, her hair is blowing in the wind. She follows the winding alley through the undulating landscape. The flowering fruit trees form rolling hills of white and pink, now covered in the orange rays of the sinking sun. As she passes another hilltop she spots the old house on the coast. And behind it the sea forms a cool blue background to the perfect landscape. ICHI’s spring is warm orange, coral and hot pink. But it is also cool blue with green hues. Two distinct colour families. Retro flowers and vintage knit patterns represent a laidback style. Feminine meets casual with a touch of the 1970’es and a new found respect for nature. It’s all so ICHI!
