ColleaguesNight2024:Itwasthe5th yearoffun,celebrationandhappinesstoorganizetheannualeventcalled colleaguesnightatIntercontinentalMaldivesMaamunagau.Theevent’sthemewasNeonwithextravagantraffle draw,die-licioustummydelightingfoodbuffet,face&bodypaintbooth,alltheareaslitwithNeonylightsandall thecolleaguesweresetfortheirperformances. Everyyearbyyearweraisethebaronenotchhigherthanbefore. The5yearcompletionpinswerehandedovertotheiconiccolleagues.Theteampartiedharduntillastminuteand didstayonthrfloorwiththerhythm&zealtochill.
DepartmentalVolleyballTournament:Adepartmentalvolleyballtournamentwasaninternalcompetitionthatwas held on our newly set volley ground in Ibray park. The synergy between department fostered by a game had a profound and positive impact in having cohesiveness during operation More enlightened colleagues and will to learn new skills – it created an opportunity for connection, collaboration, and mutual understanding The bonds formedduringthetournamentlastslongafterthegameisover Sharedexperiencesandmemoriesfromtheevent ledtolastingfriendshipsandastrongernetworkacrossdepartments.
Giving for Good : September is a special month at IHG.
