THE TERRACE RESTAURANT This month we feature wines from three vineyards in the Valle Central in Chile. The vineyards are in flat and low ridges with extraordinary natural conditions that are perfect for the growth of grapevines. The Gran Verano Sauvignon Blanc has a bright yellow tint with glints of green. Its prominent aromas of lime blend harmoniously with herbs and floral notes. BHANDINI Thanks to the fact that the Northern India region has such a rich variety of fruits and vegetables available at all times of the year, the cuisine inspired by the region produces a dazzling array of vegetarian dishes.
