My group for Observed Coaching was fantastic. Getting to know them, building friendships and professional relationships with them has been such a highlight!
Attending my first teleclass and feeling exhilarated to have found my tribe. I’ll continue to use what I’ve learned at ICA every day in a personal capacity as the skills I’ve learned have enhanced every relationship in my life including the one with myself.

Going through ‘Observed Coaching’ with a lovely group of insightful, genuine people. I plan on integrating coaching into my current profession in Human Resources, providing coaching within my business.
If I were asked to sum up the best thing about ICA in a couple of words it would be easy -- “the instructors”. The insight and support that all of the instructors provided was outstanding.
