CEO WELCOME: Welcome to the first edition of the ICA Learning Leader Yearbook. It is with great pleasure that I present to you these outstanding coaches and their programs. Learning Leaders are different from traditional teachers, coaches, consultants, managers and facilitators. They are highly skilled coaches who are experts in leading others to deliberately create a result that wouldn’t have happened otherwise. And they do this by assisting their clients and students to play an active role in identifying their life or learning goals and then choosing the path they will take to reach them. The Learning Leader performs their role with a specific approach. The terms “Learning” + “Leader” have been chosen very deliberately to describe a WAY OF BEING rather than a role. As you can see from the program descriptions in this Yearbook the programs and courses our ICA Learning Leaders have created to do this are diverse and varied.
