A sprawling Texas ranch that was once the home of the late W. Ray Wallace, who ser ved for 41 years as CEO of Trinity Industries, the largest rail car maker in the United States, could sell to a new buyer, with a land brokerage �rm marketing the property and bids due at the end of next month
The nearly 5,400-acre South Creek Ranch is located within a roughly 20-minute drive to Uptown Dallas and is being marketed on behalf of a family trust by Dallas-based Icon Global The ranch is likely the last "valuable large piece of investment land" in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, said Bernard Uechtritz, founder and owner of Icon Global.
