Who is Icon Group? Icon Group is Australia’s largest dedicated cancer care provider and has expanded globally into Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong and New Zealand. The Group is built on a strong but simple vision – to deliver the best cancer care possible, to as many people as possible, as close to home as possible. We bring together medical oncology, haematology, radiation oncology, chemotherapy compounding and hospital pharmacy to deliver a true end-to-end cancer care offering. The Group was only established in 2015, however the businesses that form the Group have been pillars of the Australian and Singaporean healthcare community for decades. Cancer Services Icon Group operates 30 cancer centres across Australia, one in New Zealand, six in Singapore, two in Hong Kong and four in Mainland China, with another set to open by mid-2021. These state-of-the-art cancer centres deliver a mix of radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies and treatment for blood disorders, or a combination of all. Icon has a far reaching global network of over 250 doctors and 2800 team members. These experienced teams work across metropolitan, outer-metropolitan and regional communities, alongside outreach clinics in Australia and across the ASEAN region to deliver exceptional care to more people, where and when they need it. Icon also has a management agreement with Vinmec International Hospital to provide management and governance input to the oncology centre at Vinmc International Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Chemotherapy Compounding Services Icon’s chemotherapy compounding services are delivered by Slade Health – a 50 year strong pharmacy industry provider founded on a commitment to patient care, quality, innovation and integrity. Today, it is one of Australia’s largest chemotherapy compounders delivering over one million infusions annually. The business currently holds contracts with two Australian state governments for the supply of chemotherapy products throughout their state health services, in addition to holding partial supply contracts with governments of other Australia states, and continues to seek new opportunities to expand services.. Beyond our stand alone centres, Icon has a proud history of successful public-private partnerships [PPPs] across cancer and compounding services, working with governments to ensure more people have access to the best care possible. Pharmacy Services As part of Icon’s integrated approach to cancer care, the Group provides a complete suite of pharmacy management services to support the operations of Epic and Slade Pharmacy. Managing a national network of 68 pharmacies, Icon achieves economies of scale across a range of services with strong pharmaceutical supplier agreements globally. The pharmacy division are an integral part of Icon’s ability to deliver seamless cancer care across our international network. Research Icon operates Australia’s largest private cancer clinical trials program with a growing reach across the Icon global network. With research a relatively uncommon practice in a private healthcare setting, Icon is extremely proud of the depth and experience within our dedicated research arm that has been operating for over 25 years. We provide patients and clinicians with access to national and international trials across Phase I - IV haematology, medical oncology and radiation oncology, including trials sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry, along with collaborative studies undertaken in partnership with various universities and industry groups, as well as unique investigator initiated trials. With a strong focus on innovation and investment in technology based solutions, as well as partnerships with peak international bodies such as the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), Icon is proudly at the forefront of making a lasting difference and reducing the global cancer burden.

Signage and Centre branding
Icon signage and physical branding are characterised by bold colours and natural imagery. The circle graphic from the middle of the logo us used extensively as wall graphics, with different combinations of green, blue and purple walls. The colours are standardly used to identify different areas of a centre - e.g. purple is used in the bunker. Local nature photography on acrylic panels is used to bring balance and warmth to the centre.
Uniforms
Icon uses a custom designed fabric for it’s uniforms across the global network. Designed specially for Icon by an internationally recognised, Brisbane-based designer, the uniforms are tailored to suit healthcare professionals.

Branding across stationery and collateral are consistent across our various brands and divisions. The format and style remains the same, and all items can clearly be identified as belonging to Icon Group.
Digital
Icon Group’s digital footprint reflects a well-established international presence and uses overarching elements and consistent language and frameworks to protect and champion the Icon look and feel. Diversity of each market is also carefully considered to bring together a respectful blend of the cultures Icon encompasses providing a welcoming global brand.

Use of Icon Group Icon Group applies when a communication or document encompasses the whole breadth of the business. Icon Group is often used to represent the business to industry, corporates, media and partners and other key stakeholders. Divisional brands are referred to in day to day operations pertinent to each of the businesses that make up Icon Group.
Typography The font used for the Icon logo is based on the Magistral Typeface in lowercase, which has then been customised. For our China logo we use Adobe 黑体 Std R, and for Hong Kong 小塚ゴシック Pr6N R.
