Some Lessons Learned 

Project Partners need to be and remain on the same page and ground rules need to be agreed by all.

Remember – People in the partnering organizations can and DO change.

Seek to solidify agreements through signature by authorised parties

Closing 

Funding is available as grants or as loans on very favourable conditions through various agencies. Especially in small islands we need to reduce large privvae sector operations taking up the lions share of resources especially vis a vis utilities in scarce situations as likely that is “finite” Opportunity to save over longer period and support or at least reduce impact on local community. Not only good corporate citizenship but also financially meaningful!!
