Challenge
We aim for our students to become successful learners through providing a high quality environment and offering a broad and balanced curriculum, which allows for individual interests and aptitudes.
We encourage all our students to become involved in the wider aspects of their education and pride ourselves in offering an extensive extra-curricular programme. Students are invited to become involved in a range of musical activities, including choirs and orchestras and our sports teams are extremely successful in local, regional and national competitions.

Kingsmead is superbly equipped and provides a rich learning environment which is stimulating, challenging and supportive. We have a Learning Centre which offers a large selection of books and ICT resources. This is open every day and on Saturdays. Our Drama Studio is a superb facility alongside a large Sports Hall and specialist rooms for each subject.
