REVIEW DAY Review Day Appointments available to book Online! On Thursday 20th March 2014, we will be holding a Review Day for all students in school. This will involve a fifteen minute interview for students with their Learning Tutor. The purpose of the interview is that students, parents and teachers work together to review progress and agree ways to help students achieve the best they can. During the interview, we will discuss the most recent Progress Check, review students progress and agree action points for improvement. Every child (including Year 12 and Year 13 students) must attend for interview and we hope that you will also be able to attend. However, it is important that all students attend the interview.
Students should attend school for the interview, in full school uniform with their Progress Check and Personal Organiser. Students are expected to work from home for the rest of the day and should take the opportunity to ensure all homework/coursework is up to date. Car parking will be available on Kings Avenue, Forge Street and Wood Lane (Rocky) Car Parks. Upon arrival please make your way to your child’s tutor room. It is not necessary to sign in at Reception. For your convenience we have introduced a new easy to use online appointment booking system; please visit https://kingsmeadonline.parentseveningsystem.co.uk/ (Ctrl & click to follow link) to book your appointments. Appointments can be made from Tuesday 25th February to Friday 10th March 2014. This allows parents to choose their own appointment time and an email will confirm appointments. A short guide is attached to assist parents with booking appointments. Please login using the details in the letter posted home prior to Half Term. If you have any difficulties or do not have access to the internet please call Mrs Richards on 01543 512456 between 8:30am – 3:00pm. We will be happy to help/add appointments on your behalf.
VEHICLE ACCESS ON SITE Parents are reminded that, unless previously arranged, they should not enter the school site in their vehicles. This is a Health and Safety Control Measure (as per Staffordshire County Council Health and Safety Guidelines) to prevent students and vehicles coming into contact around site access points. Many thanks in advance for your compliance
