The sanctuary is home to both injured and previously captured animals, in accordance with the Costa Rican Environmental Ministry, and these animals are well taken care of with biologists and veterinarians on staff, as well as, specialized diets. For example, Jenny the kinkajou enjoys fruit smoothies daily. Nature tours head out on the hour throughout the day, and wildcat feedings occur every afternoon. The tours are also focused on showing the connection between humans and our natural surroundings. This journey through nature is one that you won’t want to miss.
