Costs continuing to climb to historic levels have been a bit of a surprise. I think this market still has a bit of a run due to the limited supply available in the market. Thankfully, our team has great relationships with our Preferred Partners, which has helped our production cycles compared to others in our market. In addition, the Phoenix area is seeing growth due to companies moving plants and jobs moving here. The weather also continues to be our biggest asset, drawing a lot of buyers to the area.
