PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Introducing the HYGIENE RANGE from Rexel Lighting, custom designed and developed in house for over 35 years specifically for primary industry applications. New Zealand designed and tested specifically for use in Poly Panel, Rudnev and Exflam ceilings and walls. The range now offers a comprehensive LED drop-in gear tray replacement, and a new build option which provides the same photometric distribution as the traditional light source previously supplied to our primary industry sector.

Designed to be mounted in a Rudnev/poly panel ceiling. Full wash down capability. The HEPA has “walk-on” ability and can withstand up to 160kg on the Top of fitting. Retro fit LED kit is available for older Metal Halide installations. RX DEFENDER LED HARDSKIN
Features
Benefits:
These luminaires are suitable for both suspending and surface mounting. The Defender Hardskin range comes standard with grey RAL 7035 base, photo engraved self-extinguishing polycarbonate diffuser with protective treatment for use in environments where corrosive substances are used. Luminaire efficiency ranges between 115 and 130 Lumens per watt with a rated life of L80 B10 100,000 tq +25°C. Body and diffuser resistant to the following substances: Ethyl alcohol (24 hours at 20°C), aqueous detergents, hydrochloric acid (leaves slight mark), DOT4 brake oil, sulphuric acid (leaves slight mark), ammonia. The 12W version replaces the standard 18W fluorescent, 24W replaces 36W, and 30W replaces 58W. This can give up to a 48% reduction in energy consumption. 2hr Battery Maintained and UPS supplied Emergency options available.
