A Cloud Machine is certainly more straightforward to move between data stores. A Separate Server requires that you physically ship electronics, although a Cloud Server might be transported online. Moving between backbones, however, is usually easier with the Specific Server. At eSecureData, our VLANs are configured so that all Cloud Machines for a passing fancy host device share exactly the same VLAN. This means moving to a different anchor involves migrating the Cloud Server to some other host machine. Your multiple Dedicated Servers, however, can be changed to some other spine simply by toggling their VLAN, which can be done entirely with software.
