AMBER CLASSIC
A balanced, harmonious and complex dark chocolate. The flavour profile is lightly roa sted, spiced and has fruity notes that call to mind deep and exotic Muscovado sugar. The chocolate is suitable not only as chocolate to eat, but also as a coating for filled chocolates, ganache and ice cream.
AMAZONAS 61 %
Refined white chocolate with an intense taste of fresh milk, honey and vanilla. A perfect chocolate for making sweet treats, for creams and especially ice creams.

Our selection of pure chocolate bars was born from a desire to reveal the innermost essence of chocolate. We have delved into craftsmanship and tradition and have considered all taste-in fluencing factors when developing the finest chocolate - terroir, moisture balance, fermentation, roasting and fresh milk from grazing cows.
Amber Classic has a sweet, caramelised and creamy tone reminiscent of the classic French dessert crème brûlée. The complex and diverse taste of chocolate makes it very popular as pure eating chocolate and in des serts and baked treats. The Amber Classic chocolate won a gold medal at the “European Chocolate Awards” in 2015, 2017 and 2019.

Amber Noir is the most intense chocolate in our Amber range. It is bold, charismatic and vibrant and is not only tasty as pure eating chocolate, but also as a baking ingredient.

A rich and fruity dark chocolate based on the legendary Arriba Nacional cocoa bean, which grows along the Guayas River in Ecuador. Ar riba Nacional is considered to be one of the finest and most unique cocoa beans in the world. The taste profile has notes of sun-ripe ned berries and a slightly refined bitterness. The high cocoa percentage means that as well as being an excellent eating chocolate, Arriba Nacional is exceptionally good for baked treats and chocolate mousses.

Our organic almonds and hazelnuts are carefully selected from the best producers in Spain and Italy. Producers who cherish quality, traditions and values. All of our coated almonds and hazelnuts are lightly roasted to enhance their crunch and deep aromatic flavour. Afterwards they are coated in a thin layer of praline or nougat and chocolate from our own production. Finally, they are dusted with the finest powder of sun-ripened fruits, liquorice or cocoa.
