COVID-19 UPDATE FROM IDM SPORTS COVID-19 is impacting business in some obvious ways & some not so obvious. At Sports & Medical Products (IDM Sports) we are working hard to make sure we continue to provide the products required as fast as possible & the impact to your needs are minimised. We are restricting our sales team to appointment calls & delivery only. We will be operating 'Business as Usual' although we may have to reduce our retail opening hours. However there are things that are outside of our control & events are changing daily. Please check our website or call if you intend to all in, updates will be posted. Demand for certain products such as hygiene & paper products is for higher than factories can produce at the moment. We are out of hand sanitiser & antibacterial wipes due to unprecedented demand & although we are communicating with manufacturers on a daily basis we can not get accurate ETA's on supply. Currently the Australia dollar has dropped by approx. 14% with dramatic shifts on a daily basis. We are doing our best to minimise the impact to our selling prices but the market is volatile & some products may increase in price. Again, we will keep our website up to date with any price increases, however be assured we will try to keep this to a minimum.
