The John P. Feeney Funeral Home, located in Reading’s beautiful Centre Park Historic District, is a stately 28-room early 20th century property with the ambiance and charm of a historic bygone era, the perfect setting for a loved one’s funeral or cremation service and to celebrate their life. Serving families since 1941, supervisor/director, Michael Feeney and his manager/assistant, Chris Schupp, are available to answer all questions, both pre-need and at the time of actual need. We pride ourselves on offering distinctive traditional services, cremation services, direct burials, green burials and transferring the deceased out of state or country, at the most reasonable prices. We are huge proponents of supporting the community in which we serve, as well as patrons of the arts. We host concerts at the mansion throughout the year and proudly sit on the Board of Berks Opera Company. We plan to remain a family company supporting Berks families and the community for many years to come.
