The biennial online salary survey from Fluid Power Journal and the International Fluid Power Society opens this month, and we encourage fluid power professionals from the C-suite to the shop floor to be counted.

The survey provides a snapshot of compensation within the industry along with demographic data such as where employees live, their age and gender distribution, their levels of education and certification, and other details.

We hope the findings give employers an edge in attracting and keeping qualified workers. Employees can also benefit as they decide about career choices and advancement.

The 2021 survey opens April 1 and is live until June 30. We’ll publish the results in the September issue of Fluid Power Journal.
