n 1/2/15 a resident in the area of 7th and “B” St. was walking the family dog when a baby was spotted wrapped in a blanket lying next to several trash cans. A 911 call was made and Colton Police and Fire units arrived on scene. The baby was pronounced dead at the scene. It was determined to be a male approximately one to two weeks old. It is not known if the baby was dead before it was left outside in the 28 degree weather. The Colton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the baby and locating his mother and father. A reward is being offered for information leading to identifying the baby and locating the parents. If anyone has seen or knows of a pregnant woman that has recently given birth and has not been seen, or if you have information regarding this incident please contact the Colton Police Department. he city council on Tuesday January 6 decided to uphold the planning commission’s decision of denying the
Largo Concrete Company’s Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to establish a 7.6 acre storage yard. On March 4, 2014 the council, by a vote of 4 to 0 (3 absent) adopted a resolution to deny property owner Alec Balci a CUP since his location
