olton residents turned out to a candlelight vigil on Wednesday January 14 to memorialize the memory of a
deceased infant. The baby was found near a trashcan on January 2 near the old Evans Market on Seventh and B streets. Referred to as Baby Colton or Colton’s Baby by residents, the infant will be given a proper burial
