laying the part of Santa Claus this year, Colton Parks and Recreation commissioner Paul Rasso has entertained and brought joy to children in his community this holiday season. But what he has done to ensure one child, 9-year-old Alexander Garcia, receives a desired gift does not require him to put on a performance; it only requires the commitment and love he has in helping less fortunate youth. “This kid wrote to Santa Claus explaining that he understood if he can’t get him a saxophone this Christmas,” Rasso said. “That really touched my heart. I truly believe that. Rasso has purchased a brand new Saxophone for the young aspiring musician with the help of the rest of the community through IB Music— the three-month-old music store, located at 415 W.
