SBCUSD to host Wellness and Resource Fair
The San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) Homeless Education Department is holding its eighth Annual Community Wellness & Resource Fair on Saturday, November 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free event is being held at New Hope Family Life Center, 1505 West Highland Avenue in San Bernardino. Participants can enjoy a free lunch on a firstcome, first-served basis, while food lasts. The Kidz Zone will offer face painting, martial arts demonstrations, carnival games, and a giant bouncer. Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate in any activities. Representatives of local governmental and non-profit agencies will be available to answer questions about free and lowcost services available to needy families. SBCUSD and its partners will also give away food bags to needy families, while supplies last. The Community Wellness & Resource Fair is made possible because of the support of lowing community partners. For more information, please contact Telice Ostrinski or Vicki Lee at (909) 880-4057.
