riscilla’s Helping Hands, Inc. Project REACH (PHH) will be hosting a resource fair on Friday March27, 2015 from 11am to 2pm at 1314 E. Date St. in San Bernardino. Several county-wide and local agencies will provide information regarding healthcare, higher education, initiative advocacy and youth programs. Planned activities for the event include children’s games, prizes, information and presentations from Councilmen James Mulvihill and Benito Barrios of the City of San Bernardino. nder the leadership of Dr. Ernie Garcia and Dotti Garcia restoration has started on the abandoned historical building on 11th and E street in San Bernardino. Volunteers from all walks of life have joined the effort. The plan is to revive the Cultural Center that existed years ago so it can again provide arts activities and events that contribute to the cultural life of the city.
