he 9th Annual State of Women's Conference is set for 10 a.m. March 7 in Rialto. Hosted by Mayor Deborah Robertson and co-sponsored by Rialto City Clerk Barbara McGee, the Woman’s Club of Rialto and NCNW - Inland Empire, this year’s women’s history month event is themed, Weaving the Stories of Women’s Lives” and will be held at 1920 W.
