Process

We embrace the beauty of unpredictability.

The process started from the concept, evolved with the sketches, mockups, and ended with the creation of a working prototype.

Between these stages, there’s been room for art and unpredictability that gives the series 120 its beauty and uniqueness.

Spaceship Mk1

Since I was a kid I used to dream about far planets, spaceships and extraterrestrial adventure, in 2022 I started to have a look at my old drawings and I decided to bring back that part of me recreating with my current skills and knowledge snew worlds.

The spaceship became my symbol, I started to paint it, draw it on my sketchbooks, on stickers placed all over the city and finally, I decided to make a 3D model out of it.

The 3d model became the perfect excuse to learn better Rhino 7 and Blender 3D by myself and I started to make numerous animations and detailed renders of the spaceship (that became a character in my adventures) and irrealistic environments.

In the future I would like to make it real, let’s see how that plan goes.

Solidarity Xmas Tree x Cartier (Madrid)

From 09/2023 to 12/2023 six students from IED Barcelona and I were asked to design a Christmas tree for the renowned event of Solidarity Xmas Tree in Madrid. The tree was then produced by Cartier and sold in the “Solidarity Xmas Tree” charity action in the Teatro Real de Madrid.

The tree is composed of multiple “red boxes” that characterise Cartier as a brand, the red semitransparent boxes are illuminated from the inside creating a warm elegant atmosphere, and the structure is supported by a rich golden base.

The 180cm tree sculpture is studied to be exposed in the Cartier shop before the charity action and in the home of the buyer after the action. The result is an elegant game of trasparencies, lights and premium finishes representing Cartier’s identitity.

Since 2022 I’ve been collaborating with TazFood, a brand that realises food amenities and customized gift packaging for Luxury Hotels and Resorts. At the beginning of the collaboration, I did some personalised illustrations for some special edition packages for EquipHotel Paris 2022 fair, after that I started to make personalised graphics, renders and more illustrations giving life to a long-lasting partnership.

IED-Domestic project 2022

The following renders were created for the “Domestic project” where in groups of two students we designed pieces of furniture, in this case a premium rotating table.

The Renders

The renders were created using a combination of Rhino7 (for the technical 3d modelling) and Blender 3D (for texturing, composing and rendering). These images are focused on showcasing the product in the environments where the ingredients that are composing it come from.

The project was FDM 3D printed and presented with all the foam (and metal) models, mockups and sketches on front of a representant of the Wacaco company that gave light to the project and created the brief.

Since 2019 (when I received my frst camera) I experimented with photography.

I’ve been experimenting all photography styles and trying not to close myself in one specific cathegory.

I’m still using the camera that I started with: Canon 1300d (I edit my pictures in Lightroom to match my mental image of that moment).

Introduction

Since 2020 I’ve been making artistic pieces, this year I reached 150 total canvases that can be seen in my full canvas catalogue (QR code found on this page).

This artistic path started on the bed of the river of my town, there I started to make graffiti and illustrations on the rocks and create my artistic exposition. This helped me to focus on myself, who I am and what I would like to be, it became a sort of meditation to get out from the problems of life.

Once I moved to Barcelona in 2021 I continued to pursuit this passion towards art and self-expression thanks to a very positive environment and people that believed in me.

Since then I’ve been trying to find my style and my favourite technique to be able to express myself as direct as possible.

In the future, I would like to present my catalogue to a gallery and try to dive deeper into this world.
