The concept was to create an artwork to visually present the juxtaposition of the dramatically contrasting worlds of migrant boats and super yachts.
Main idea was to create an abstract scene representing 2 worlds
THE SEA IS ONE AND SO ARE WE
This artwork was developed by students at IED Design University / Barcelona in collaboration with Open Arms United with Yachting (OAUY) to visually present the juxtaposition of the dramatically contrasting worlds of migrant boat crossings and super yachts. The Mediterranean is home to both, however the worlds couldn’t be more different.
The project was presented in Monaco Yacht Show 2023
