tionality of the building complex, gradually shifting focus to the One-Room Apartments for the artists, closer to its finish. Our main focus was to clearly define and separate via contrast the active / creative areas and the quieter domestic spaces.

Another group work with Lighting and Colour designers showed me just how valuable interdisciplinary communication and cooperation can be. The outcome was a detailed concept of a Re-modeled Loft used as a student’s work area, set in an already existing college building. For one of my university projects I designed a Pop-Up Store, that occupies just 20 m2 when fully set up. Scaffolding is used as the basic construction element, which allows a simple mounting of the structure in most environments – urban or otherwise. To make the concept more impactful and easier to visualize I built a 1:20 model, supplementing it with sketches and ink drawings.

During my exchange semester in Rome I participated in a group project to revitalize the Guido Reni District. According to our concept the ex-military building was to be transformed into a combination of a creative working space and residential areas for artists. We started the design process by planning the basic func-

The photographed material collages helped to transpose the drawings into reality. According to the concept the vacant buildings and stables are to be assigned new functionality, divided into three main areas with all the appropriate supporting facilities: Restaurant (pictured above), Artisan Workshop and rentable Shelters.

// Interior design projects – Thesis

For my thesis I picked an old Farm House in Lower Saxony, Germany. Willing to develop a trademark style and show personal investment in presenting this project, I relied exclusively on digitally coloured hand drawings. For me this was also representative of the spirit of the concept, displaying its originality as well as its strong link to nature.

As an extracurricular study I designed Corporate Branding for a fictional company. Everything, including: a name, a logo, typography and stationary, business cards, posters, postcards, invitation cards and magazine inserts. I pursued this project, following my passion for graphical aspects of design to improve and expand my skills in the process. The implementation of hand drawn pictures, once again, gave the final result a distinct personality.

During my graphic design internship in Vienna I was part of the team responsible for the modernization of the navigation system in the Belvedere palace. We had to update the existing one and provide it with new graphics, as well as seek ways to improve overall navigation. My main job was to design Pictograms. I also worked on libraries for the information panels, editing and annotating maps, creating presentation-ready photomontages.

While interning in Rome I participated in a design competition. Its topic was “The Wall”, and the task was to create an Installation in an urban space in Bologna. I suggested building up multifaceted elements ranging 0,2 m to 0,95 m in height, which could be used for leaning, sitting, standing, lying down. The visualization has a distinct graphical aspect to it, connecting architecture with the graphic design.

More about me ...

qualcosa in più su di me ...

In me you find a person with various interests, full of curiosity and will to learn. Everything I do, I do with a nerdy perfectionism, and, at the same time, a desire to make it both innovative and applicable in real life.

In my works I have a high claim on graphic preparation, the use of fonts, shapes and colours in layouts, as well as using conclusive drawings and illustrations.

During my training as an interior decorator I tackled a wide scope of challenges, and gained knowledge and a hands-on know-how about various materials and their application. Being familiar with floor coverings, fabrics and sun protection systems gives me confidence in regards to the practical applicability of my designs.

Having worked with all sorts of people during my education, internships and other projects, I know that it is easy for me to fit in a team. I listen carefully, share my opinion, I’m always open to feedback, I’m reliable, and I am keen to achieve a productive and positive design process.

what i‘m looking for...

Cosa cerco ...

One week ago I moved to Rome – the city I fell in love with last year during my exchange semester – to start my life here. I’m looking for a full-time job with new challenges, exciting and diverse tasks. For me team work and exchange of ideas are important aspects in a design process, as well as a pleasant and constructive work atmosphere.
