INTERIOR DESIGN | Residential Old & New House Location: Supino, Italy 2016-2017 Architect: Andrea Boni Interior Designer: Francesca De Gennaro 120 sqm This project has been a refurbishment of the pre-exhisting space and an increase of the interiors, creating a livable loft area in the upper floor. Me and Andrea decided to work with raw materials such as cement, so that we can re-connect and create a bridge with the tradition.
INTERIOR DESIGN | Thesis Project From a Shelter to a Living Location: Arbat Refugee Camp, Kurdistan 2016/2017 20 sqm
The matter of this project is to find a functional solution for housing in emergency situations. It is not resctricted only in a determinate area case, but it is a system that can be used in more than one case according to different functional and infrastructural needs and exported in more than one place thanks to its characteristics. E2L is a temporary 20 sqm lightweight, modular emercgency shelter. It meets the basic needs for the activities of basic living, for privacy, security and familiarity. It is a safe base offering a sense of peace, identity and dignity.

INTERIOR DESIGN | University Project A Deeper Shade of Green Location: Villaggio Olimpico, Rome; Italy 2016
The concept relays on the role of family, sharing time but also passions and jobs. That’s why the project is centred on the staircase as the fulcrum of the house symbolizing connection and revolves around the needs and passions of the family. This shows up in the gallery that stretches all the way from the lower to the upper floor, or in the big, functional kitchen. Every piece of furniture has its own role in the disposition: as the sofa divides the dining from the living area, the clothes hanger also hides the bathroom door and, last but not least, the staircase takes you upstairs and through the picture gallery.
The staircase is the most important piece in the house. It goes beyong its MERO role of architectural element and becomes a proper art gallery. It carries, with its sinuous path, the user through the pisctures exposed on the back wall. The materials also play an important role: the wood of the steps creates continuity with the floor while the glass handrail doesn’t interfere the view from any point of view while climbing up. .
EXPOSITION DESIGN | University Project Mask: The People Behind Location: Palazzo delle Esposizioni, Rome; Italy 2015/2016 The phenomenum of immigrationin the Mediterrean sea seen from the eyes of immigrants. From a psychological point of view, the mask represents the filter between the individual conscience and the outside, the society. In the projectis it is clear how the space wants to epitomize this thought, creating an open and bright space in the public sphere (1) , and creating smaller spaces, almost cavernous where only one or two people can access (3). In the middle, there is a space that acts as a filter (2). The visitor has to cross this space in order to reach the area dedicated to the private sphere, where he will find the various testimoniances and life stories by immigrants.

Visitors will be provided with a device that will accompany them throughout the visual path, making them a digital guide with insights that they will be able to read when they want to. This is possible thanks to the I Beacon system, which is used very often inside the museum.

INTERIOR DESIGN | University Project Minimal Loft Location: Rome, Italy 2016-2017 140 sqm
This project has been an exercise to practice with the 3D sooftware such as Rhinoceros and Studio 3Ds Max. The structure was given us, and we were allowed to modify the space, creating division walls and dividing the house in the way we preferred to. I chose a minimal kind of furniture and I wanted to use raw material such as grey concrete. I chose to have a warm light, like sunset light, because in my opinion it was the best light to show the whole environment.
