La publicación de referencia del IEMed reflexiona sobre cómo deben ser las relaciones euromediterráneas partiendo de la experiencia acumulada en los últimos 25 años y los nuevos retos que se derivan como consecuencia de la pandemia de la COVID-19 y del resto de desafíos globales que inciden en el Mediterráneo en los ámbitos de la sostenibilidad económica, la brecha entre Norte y Sur, los riesgos para la democracia y las instituciones, la crisis sanitaria y socioeconómica derivada o los efectos sobre los flujos migratorios y la cuestión de género.
