Q Where are you going to keep your Emmy®?

The Emmy® stayed at my home for a few weeks for my family to enjoy. Now, I created a special place for it in my office at Telemundo Center to motivate my team and myself to always go above and beyond and keep dreaming big.

Q Tell us about the importance of winning an Emmy®?

It’s so meaningful in our industry to be the recipient of an Emmy® that it sets us in a place of excellence and talks about how far we’ve come in the drama production arena.

Q What upcoming projects are you or would you like to be working on next?

We are working on season 8 of our most successful franchise El Señor de los Cielos, a period telenovela set in Mexico in 1935 and 1950s titled El Conde: Amor y Honor, the postproduction of a drama thriller along the lines of Buscando a Frida called Juego de Mentiras, and a contemporary drama about a mother who loses her child by kidnapping, among others.
