Q Where are you going to keep your Emmy®?

The Emmy® will be kept in the Drum Studios office, and the team will get replicas for their offices at home. It is such a thing of beauty, every morning when I see it – I worry she is lonely and needs some Emmy® friends to keep her company. It’s very motivating.

Q Tell us about the importance of winning an Emmy®?

It is hard to describe the combination of a deep sense of fulfilment mixed with an excitement for the future. The Emmy® win for me, is the culmination of 30 years of work and yet also the key to the next 30 years coming. I have been truly humbled and inspired to go again in equal measure.

Q What upcoming projects are you or would you like to be working on next?

We are working on a number of projects, some in motor sport, some in the arts and some in entertainment – each project feeds and nourishes the other. We are delivering a film about the amazing theatre company PunchDrunk, an arts series with Jim Moir and starting production on a feature doc on Jenson Button. I am shooting a pilot in Mexico in January, and a travel series in Colombia in the summer. It was busy before the win, but 2023 is looking like it will be even better than this year, and this year was sensational.
