Q A
With Sex Education - Saison 3 Director Ben Taylor
Q Where are you going to keep your Emmy®?
It’s my turn with our Sex Ed communal Emmy® and she’s currently taking pride of place on our mantelpiece, right next to the Christmas tree. It’s a spectacular looking trophy and suitably festive looking.
Q Tell us about the importance of winning an Emmy®?
Sex Ed winning an Emmy® this year means a tremendous amount to us, both cast and crew. The honour hasn’t really sunk in yet. For us in the UK the Emmys represent one of the highest possible benchmarks of achievement in TV on a truly international stage.
Q What upcoming projects are you or would you like to be working on next?
More Sex Ed is deep in production and I’ve just wrapped on the first series of Renegade Nell for Disney, a fantasy action adventure written by the extraordinary Sally Wainwright.
