2. Claw: this grips is usually used for pulling a performer or holding a position.

3. Hand-to-wrist: this grips is usually used for pulling a performer or holding a position. This is stronger than claw one.

4. Arm-to-arm: This grip is used in advanced pyramids for support in the inverted position.

5. Interlocked wrist and hands (platform): this grips is used for climbing in pyramids and for tossing (pitching in acrobatics).


Double balances

One person is lying down with arms extended on the air grabbing their companion legs, that is lifting the body using the arms.


The base, is on all fours face down with one person over her kneeling with arms extended forward.


The base is on all fours face down with one person over her standing with hands on her hips.


The base is on all fours face down with one person over her lying down with knees bent, and rounding out the base’s body with arms.


One person is standing up with arms extended forward grabbing her companion’s legs, that is doing an investment support.


Pyramids of three On the base, we have two persons that are on all fours face down with one person over them standing with arms extended.

On the base, we have one person on all fours face down, with two persons over her. One is leaning forward and the other is standing up with arms over the second girl.


On the base, we have two persons bending down with arms on the knees and a third person on them standing up with arms apart.

Pyramids of four

On the base, we have two persons kneeling with arms extended. One picks up another that is sitting on her shoulders with arms apart. The middle girl, is lifting the body using the arms.


On the base, we have two persons on all fours with another person over them on all fours too. On the top, we have one person standing up with arms extended.


On the base, we have two persons. One is standing up grabbing one companion’s legs. The other is on all fours with a girl over her lifting the body using the arms.


On the base, we have two persons on all fours with another person over them on all fours too. On the top, we have one person standing up with arms extended.


On the base, we have one person on all fours face down, with two persons over her. Both are leaning forward. And on the top, we have a girl standing on one foot/leg with other leg extended back and upperbody leaning forward.

On the base, we have two persons on all fours face down, with two persons over them leaning forward. On the top we have one girl standing up with arms extended.


On the base, we have two persons kneeling with arms extended and another two standing up with arms extended. This two are holding two girls that are lifting the body using the arms.
