CHARACTERS •
Dr. Jekyll: He is very friendly of the lawyer Utterson and Lanyon. Es inteligente, culto, rico y muy educado y respetuoso con la gente.

Mr. Hyde: Is the part or evil personality of Dr. Jekyll. It is very violent, so much that can arrive at to kill.
•
Utterson: Is lawyer and a good friend of Dr. Jekyll and Lanyon. It is respectful to all and also is very polite.
•
Laynon: Is doctor and friend of Utterson and Dr. Jekyll. It is very polite and a nice person.
•
Poole: the servant of Dr. Jekyll and care about him.
•
Enfield: is the cousin of Mr. Utterson. He is friendly and worship.
SUMMARY CHAPTER 1 One day two men were walking through the streets of London and as they passed a door, one tells another a story about this door: It turns out that one man ran over to a little girl while crossing the street, the family threatened with end his reputation, so man accepted to pay 100 pounds. He entered that door and left with a check that looked fake, but proved true. The two men agreed never to speak of that history. CHAPTER 2 The lawyer looks into his safe and takes paper, it was the testament of Dr. Jekyll and the he said: "I leave all my possessions to Mr. Hyde when I die or disappear." The lawyer goes to the door and meets with Hyde. Then asks if
he can to see Jekyll and responds that he isn´t. CHAPTER 3 Mr. Utterson went to a dinner organized by Jekyll for old friends and as usual, the lawyer stayed until everyone went. He was talking with the doctor and asked about Hyde. He responded that it was okay that he could do dissappear to Hyde when he wanted. Jekyll made promise to Utterson that when he die, he will handle of Hyde and he accepted. CHAPTER 4 A maid was alone at home looking through the window the moon when he saw two men. They were old and Mr Hyde. They began to speak and Hyde started beating him to death with a cane. the maid called the police. The dead man had an envelope with clues about the murder. The police went to ask and with only hear the description, he knew that was Hyde. They were went home but there was only the maid and all rooms untidy. CHAPTER 5 Utterson was Jekyll talking to and asked for the murder. He said that don´t worry that anyone going to see Mr Hyde and gave him a letter, he read it and Jekyll asked him to advise if he show it to the police or not. Utterson took it and stayed home with Mr Guest. He looked at the letter, later the servant came in, giving Mr Utterson another note, Jekyll was inviting him to dinner. Mr Guest took the note and compared it to the letter. Then he realized it was the same letter and decided don´t show the note anyone. But they had a question, why Jekyll faked the letter? CHAPTER 6 One afternoon Mr Utterson, Dr Laynon and other friends went to Jekyll's house, but after a few days, he no longer accept visits. Utterson was talking to Lanyon but he would not hear of docttor Jekyll. Utterson sent a letter to Jekyll and he replied that although he don´t left receive visits, he was still his friend but he was a sinner and he must pay. A few days later Lanyon died. Utterson opened an envelope on which he had which said, "Just to Utterson, if he dies before me, burn the letter without read."
Mr Utterson opened the envelope and inside there was another like the other and in this saying: "Do not open before the death or disappearance of Jekyll. Despite curiosity, Utterson decided don´t open, paying attention to the inscription. CHAPTER 7 Utterson and Enfield were walking in the street when they saw the alley of the door. They went to see trought three windows the office of Jekyll. One was open and could be seen the doctor's face. They were talking when suddenly, Jekyll, stayed pale, they looked horrified and ran out, closing the window. The two men were paralyzed. CHAPTER 8 Poole, Jekyll's butler, went to see Utterson. He said him that Jekyll was rare and both went to his home. They tried to to speak with him but he don ´t left passed and had a stranged voice. Utterson aks to butler one of the notes that Jekyll sent under the door. The note asked a sample of the substance that sold him the last time, before the problems began. The two men began to argue options until they discovered that the man who had been behind the door was Hyde. CHAPTER 9 Utterson reads a letter he sent to Jekyll Lanyon, asking him to go looking a few items at the laboratory and to surrender them to a person who will to look. That person turned out to be Hyde. He acted very nervous and impatient. Lanyon gave products and Hyde began to mix them. When the mix was made, he drank the mix and after some time of pain he became on Dr Jekyll. CHAPTER 10, 11 AND 12 Jekyll was thinking about his dual personality and discovered that all humans have two personalities. One good and one bad. He felt he must separate them to break the chains that they had each with other. He invented a formula that transformed him into another person, separating the good personality from the bad personality and staying with the last. Henry felt the need to check if this change was temporary or definitive so
took again the formula and he became himself again. So Hyde was born. Jekyll rented a house for his second personality. He warned his servants that Hyde had absolute power at home and even visited his home and Hyde. Jekyll surprised of the evil of Hyde, had to do a new savings account and invent a new signature because once, Hyde, had to pay a check to a family by the name of Henry Jekyll. One day he woke up in his room but having slept as Jekyll was Hyde morning. This scared him so much. Jekyll discovered thar Hyde killed a respected person and that he didn´t must go out of his body. With all its forces try but suddenly, while he was in a park, began to feel that sensation that had when he took the potion. He had become Hyde without help. He could not go to the laboratory for the products to return to his person and that the police were looking for him so he went to a hotel. Send a letter to Lanyon for you to seek out products at his house and remained at midnight. He drank the products and came back home. Every Moment that passed cost to remained the appearence of Jekyll. Always thar he slept, he woke in the way of Hyde. The provision of sales with which he prepared the mixture became poor. He made some requests, but the first requests that he made wasn´t pure and was that just what gave him the power. Close this confession advising of his suiciding and at the same time of the homicide of Hyde.

PERSONAL OPINION I like this book because I think that is interesting, I also learned a lot of new vocabulary and expressions. I think that is original and gives a bit of intrigue.
