INFORMATION ABOUT THE BOOK Title: The Canterville Ghost and Other Stories Author: Oscar Wilde Publishing house: Vicens Vives Main characters: - Virginia: Is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Otis. Is a beautiful person. - Stars and Stripes: Are the sons of Mr Otis and Mrs Otis. Are very naughty. - Washington: Is the smaller son of the family Otis. Is very quiet. - The Ghost: 300 years old, American, has got a physical appearance is very very old and a nice character. - Mr and Mrs Otis: Are the parents of Virginia, the twins and Washington. Their nationality is American.
Summary: The family Otis visiting for first time America. They wanted to settle in a house. But found a surprise: in this house live a ghost. This ghost has got 300 years old but is very friendly. One day, Virginia saw cry to the ghost, and he told her that was very, very sad. He say that his name is Sir Simon de Canterville and later Virginia comforts him. The history ends with the family Otis went away again to England.
Personal opinion: This book I like because has got very contents and a lot of vocabulary in English and I had fun.
