Ieva Zebryte

Lecturer, Researcher and Teaching innovation awardee with over 10 years of experience in Entrepreneurship, Sustainability and Business English. PhD in Management student at the ISM University of Management and Economics, Lithuania. PhD thesis topic “Resilience practices by small business owner-managers of vulnerable entrepreneuring ecosystems”. Till August 2022, she worked at the Faculty of Law and Business (FCJE) of the Universidad de La Frontera (UFRO), Chile. She served as its Director for Community Engagement for the 2017-2020 period. Ieva taught interdisciplinary courses to Business Administration, Accounting and Auditing, and Law students. Ieva was awarded “Social Spotlight mini-globe 2021”, “Marketplace mini-globe 2021” and “Womenpreneurs mini-globe 2021” by the ICSB – International Council for Small Business. Further, she was recognized as one of 100 Women Leaders of La Araucania, 2021 edition, for her service to the regional community. Finally, her research interests include Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development, and Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
