Understanding the risk to yourself and people you care about can help you connect with others and make the outbreak less stressful. During times of increased social distancing, people can still maintain social connections and care for their mental health. Virtual communication (like phones or video chats) can help you and your loved ones to feel less lonely and isolated. This pandemic will cause a lot of stress for many of us, and we cannot be our best selves all the time, but we can ask for help or reach out when help is asked of us. Connect with family, friends, and others in your community. Take care of yourself each other and know when and how to seek help.
