Jacy and Seth Boyack, self-proclaimed massage connoisseurs, brought Citrus Massage to life to better fulfill the upscale, yet accessible, spa experience they hoped to receive as a consumer, but never had luck finding anywhere else.
Two Entrepreneurs. One Family. One Mission.
Jacy’s creativity and her ability to build a brand started as a founder/ director of a non-profit organization that empowered women to overcome hardships in their lives. From there, she took over as the Creative Director for all things Citrus Massage and has developed the Citrus experience that has been wildly embraced today.
Together, Jacy and Seth have created something truly special –from the fresh and minimalistic design inspired by the citrus groves of Arizona, to the exceptional customer service, to the quality of treatments provided, to the overall culture that defines Citrus Massage. Since opening the doors of their flagship location in May 2019, they’ve jumped in with both feet and become part of something bigger than themselves or their business. It’s better than they ever could have imagined and they can’t wait to share The Citrus Way with everyone, everywhere!
Seth’s background has been in the financial sector and over the last decade he’s devoted his time helping disabled Veterans get an education in the Information Technology field, along with helping them find meaningful employment.

Your spa will be approximately 2,000 sq. feet in size, with a minimum of seven treatment rooms and a welcoming reception area. Ideally, your space will be a part of a lifestyle or retail strip center, with plenty of store front and foot traffic. Open seven days per week, your Citrus Massage will offer opportunities for multiple revenue streams via individual appointments, monthly membership programs, gift certificate sales, retail sales and a variety of promotions and specials. You’ll spend 5 days training with us, at our flagship spa in Chandler, Arizona, where we’ll show you everything you need to know to operate your spa: Operations - Marketing - Reports - Staffing • Then, we’ll travel to your location for 5 additional days as you launch your Citrus Massage, making sure you and your team are off to a great and confident start. In addition to pre-opening and initial training, you’ll receive startup guidance, on-site continued training, ongoing support, comprehensive documentation, marketing guidance and more from our franchise team.
