equipment marketing and sales. While I loved my job, my mind kept drifting to SM

Frustrated by the lack of organization and professionalism of the existing leagues, I started my own men’s softball league. It was an immediate hit. While I intended it just to be a sideline, it began to consume more and more of my time.

In the first years of my growing league, I realized three important things.
