INSIDE THIS ISSUE In this month's issue of The Scorecard, our cover stories look at how golf businesses in BC are beginning to have a major impact within the industry. Brad Ziemer spoke with the people behind both Haywood Golf (page 38) and Kayson Golf (page 12) as well as the most recent group to breathe life into the Sagebrush Golf facility (page 26) near Merritt. The outlook is very bright on all three fronts and worldwide pandemics notwithstanding, it's nice to look at some positives every once in a while.

Island's Jody Jackson was recently named the LPGA's technical lead of instruction. Brad Ziemer spoke with Jody about that role which you can see on page 24.

Along with those stories you can read about the latest woman in golf from BC to rightfully gain recognition for her contribution to the sport at a high level as Vancouver

And once again you can check out the humour of golf from Life In The Trap by Seattle's Rick Newell, on page 40.

PG 8 | FEB 2021

We also have links to a couple more great interviews by ModGolf Podcast host, Colin Weston, as he spoke with LPGA Teaching Professional, Dr. Greta Anderson (page 18) as well as the lady whose dream to create a true indoor golf environment is coming to fruition, read about Kathy Erikson and the Short Game Place on page 30.

Please enjoy your golf and stay safe.
