Davison Wins The GolfBC Championship For His 2nd Title Of The Season Callum Davison is the first two-time Mackenzie Tour ? PGA TOUR Canada winner this season, winning the GolfBC Championship with a four-round total of 14-under, two shots better than Yi Cao. After beginning the day at Gallagher?s Canyon Golf Club with a one-shot lead, the Duncan, British Columbia, native shot his third 3-under round of 68 of the tournament to take home the hardware in his home province. Patience Pays Off For Padraic At Royal Colwood Padraic O?Rourke stayed patient and earned his first PGA of BC tournament victory at the challenging course on southern Vancouver Island. After posting one of only two sub-par scores in the first round of the 2021 Nike Golf PGA of BC Club Professional Championship presented by Oakcreek Golf & Turf LP, the Director Of Golf at Fairmont Chateau Whistler both sought out and received advice from a few of his fellow professionals. Playoff Highlights Weather-Shortened MJT BC Mini Tour Finale At Guildford After a season that saw record participation of junior golfers ages 12 and younger, the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour concluded its BC Mini Tour season with the MJT Mini Tour at Guildford Golf Club in Langley. Four out of the six age divisions completed all 18 holes, however rain forced suspension of play after 14 holes for two of the divisions, Girls 9-10 and Girls 11-12. INSIDE GOLF

Spectacular Scoring & Hole-In-One At Rainy MJT G&G Prodigy Series In BC Just shy of 100 junior golfers from across the province took part in the Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour?s MJT G&G Prodigy Series at Pagoda Ridge Golf Course in Langley, BC, the last tournament counting towards the MJT BC Order of Merit. Davison Wins Brudenell River Classic With the remnants of Hurricane Ida rolling through the Maritimes, Callum Davison persevered to capture the Brudenell River Classic, capping the Mackenzie Tour ? PGA TOUR Canada?s two-week stint on Prince Edward Island. The Duncan, British Columbia, native shot a final-round of 3-under, 69 to finish the tournament at 15-under, one shot better than Golf Canada Amateur Team member Noah Steele. INSIDE GOLF

Former British Columbia Golf President Peter Bentley Passes Away British Columbia Golf is saddened to learn of the passing of past BC Golf President, Peter Bentley (March 17, 1930?September 7, 2021). He was 91. Peter, highly respected in the BC golf & hockey communities, was named to the order of Canada in 1983 and later also became a BC Sports Hall of Fame WAC Bennett Award winner, and served as the Hall's chair in 1974-75 as well as being a long-time board member. Du Toit Captures ATB Financial Classic In His Hometown
Jared du Toit, who now calls Kimberley, BC home, came up clutch, winning the ATB Financial Classic by one shot over fellow Calgarian, Wes Heffernan. Playing in the second-to-last group of the day, du Toit collected three birdies on the back nine, including a 20-footer on No. 18, to hold off Heffernan who also made a birdie on the last.
