The recent 'atmospheric river' that hit BC with torrential rains produced massive flooding in low lying regionssuch asthe Fraser Valley. One of the businessesin that area isthe Fraserglen Golf & Training Centre. Some of the buildingswere inundated with as much as5 feet of water including the pro shop.

BC Courses In Recovery After Major Storms Just two weeks into his new role as Chilliwack Golf Club?s Superintendent, Kaleb Fisher never could have expected a challenge like the one his facility is facing after the extreme weather events that have hit southern British Columbia in recent days. First, there was a rare tornado on Nov. 6 that left University Golf Club a mess with trees and branches down across the golf course. International Players, Caddies Will Need To Be Fully Vaccinated To Enter U.S. Players and caddies were informed in the most recent ?Greensheet?that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will start requiring foreign players and caddies to be fully vaccinated to enter the United States starting on November 8. According to a Tour spokesperson, 83 percent of the Tour?s players, caddies and essential staff are fully vaccinated.
