ANNISSA Annissa Imanina was born on January 25th 1993, in Jakarta. Her horoscope is aquarius, described as a playful being who likes to express herself freely. She is described as a bright and transparent person by her friends. Growing up watching a lot of anime and fantasy movies, she dreams of becoming a manual watercolor illustrator who creates children books. One of her inspiraiton is dallas clayton, a popular children book illustrator, and her favorite movie is Lord of the Ring.

FOREWORDS This Graphic Standard Manual contains all the guidelines and informations regarding the usage of the logo that has been made to brand the illustrator-graphic designer Annissa Imanina for her brands and artworks. The purpose of this guideline is to maintain the uniformity of the logo. It contains the description of the logo itself, the meaning behind it, the chosen colors, sizes, selected objects that the logo contains, the application of the logo and other aspects regarding the usage of this logo. All further usage of the logo is hoped to be up to the standard written in this graphic standard manual.

PHILOSOPHY To represent the illustrator-graphic designer Annissa Imanina, the attempt was to create a logo that contains her most interests, skills and hobbies, represents her personalities, as well as appealing viewers to her brand. The chosen initial was AI, it stands for Annissa Imanina. I think it’s such a strong initial to brand her name as a graphic designer that focuses on illustrations. She wants to be known as an illustrator, one that mostly uses watercolor/manual method instead of digital ones, in her works. The chosen object to be seen in her logo is brush. The reason behind it is because she is best at making watercolor artworks.

FINAl LOGO This is the finalized black and white version of the logo and the one that’s placed on watercolor background & has the title of the artist added in it.

The watercolor background has some varieties of selections, other similar possible patterns used are displayed along.

USAGES The usage of the logo as her brand is described as follows. The rules of using the logo are created so that users won’t violate the rules during the usage of the logo that can result wrong delivery of message to the audiences of the logo.

The element chosen for the manual illustrator Annissa Imanina was brush. The chosen initials are A and I, and the I in the initial was replaced with the element brush. The thickness and thinness of the strokes in the A, is developed along the progress. The thinner strokes that can symbolizes the keyword ‘playful’ is shown in the latest logo that’s used as the final logo. It’s not made so bold, since the character of the person is playful, feminim, and the best keywords to describe her are ‘anime’, ‘fantasy’, and ‘playful’. After the logotype is finalized, procceed to adding some more elements/shapes in the logo.
