Westfield In Bloom

The daffodils that were planted by Westfield Parish Council are blooming again between Trinity Methodist Church and Ruskin Road making the area as bright and cheerful as possible.

We are now planning for 2023 Southwest In Bloom after a successful first time entry last year. The parish did extremely well and was supported by five It’s Your Neighbourhood entries including Fosseway School. Anyone who likes growing things, cares for the environment and wants to make Westfield community proud is invited to an initial meeting at Trinity Methodist Church hall (opposite the Elm Tree Avenue shops) at 7pm on 27 February 2023.

We are particularly looking for any little plots of vacant land which need some tlc and of course volunteers that will be able to water plants if necessary. Westfield in Bloom will be working closely with the
