Tip #1: When unsure, just take a tiny low revolution. Tip #2: Grow a skin. Tip #3: Don't compare your situation to others.

Tip #4: Over-prepare, then escort the flow. Tip #5: Don't take yourself too seriously.

Tip #1: When unsure, just take a tiny low revolution. Believe in yourself. this can be the primary rule of Entrepreneurship. There are enough barriers to starting a business without you questioning your abilities. Once doubt creeps in, rash and illconsidered decisions are made. The vision loses focus and energy. Fear and doubt have an odour, and folks can smell it. it's a natural repellent to investors or potential clients. It's normal to fret when you're embarking on a brand new venture...but don't allow them to see you sweat!

Tip #2: Grow a skin. Take a deep breath. It calms the mind. As Entrepreneurs, we have already got leadership tendencies, but we confuse that impulse with the necessity to dictate the vision and fight to take care of its sanctity. Stop! Not every conversation should end with a kiss. Don't let business become personal. it is a bad practice that results in bad decisions. Learn to yield, listen, and comply with disagreeing when the occasion requires it. Also, if presented with an unfavourable deal, walk away. Leadership isn't about being right, it's about accomplishing the target.

Tip #3: Don't compare your situation to others. If we all threw our problems into one pile and saw everyone else's, we'd take ours back. Often, when the work is overwhelming and zilch goes right, we tend to desire a victim, wishing we had never started the business. We are also envious of another person's success. Stop! you have got no idea what their journey has been like. Envy is worse than a waste of your time - it is a corrosive practice that blinds you to the blessings in your own life.

Tip #4: Over-prepare, then escort the flow. However good or bad a situation is, one thing is for certain -- it'll change. So, the simplest course of action is to arrange yourself for each eventuality. Commit your game to conceive to memory, then think about all possible scenarios which will arise. Hopefully, you will not face the more dire problems that some startups encounter, but being prepared is that the best thanks to combating adversity and sustain a company's prosperity.

Tip #5: Don't take yourself too seriously. Come on, this is often meant to be fun. this can be what you usually wanted. So show it. Smile, it's contagious. Simplify. Some claim it's "lonely at the top". Yes, if you are a tyrant, bully, or a true pain within the neck. But if you respect your employees, treat them like family; running a business will be fun.

In conclusion, IGOR ROITBURG leaves you with this...Be eccentric now. Don't wait for adulthood to own blue hair. Now venture out and make merry. Good luck. Remember, "No Guts, No Glory!"
