STAYING WITH US IN NEW NORMAL Your well-being is our top priority - as the world enters a new phase where health and well-being have become more critical than ever before, we need to embrace new changes in the way of life and travel. In line with this, Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria has intensified its cleanliness measures, developed enhanced sanitation procedures, and new hotel protocols have been developed with guest’s welfare as our top priority. As we get ready to welcome you, we would like to share with you the measures in place.

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL • A letter regarding the hotel’s new normal protocols and guidelines will be sent to guests. • Guests are requested to accomplish a health declaration checklist prior to arrival. • For seamless check-in, guests may pre-settle their payments through a link provided.

GUEST TRANSPORTATION • Drivers are provided with protective gear such as masks and gloves. • All guest transportation has been placed with hand sanitizers. • Guest transportation will be disinfected after every arrival.

ENTRANCE • Security personnel are provided with protective gear. • Temperature screening at all hotel entrances is mandatory. • Hand sanitizers are available in all hotel entrances. • Guests must walk over the sanitizing mat placed at the hotel entrance.

RECEPTION • Receptionists are provided with face masks and face shield. • Hand sanitizers are available in reception. • A clear barrier has been installed for the safety of our guests and our colleagues. • Health Declaration Form is required for all arriving guests. • Social distancing signages in reception has been installed for re-enforcements and guidance. • Floor markers have been installed to enforce and guide guests to observe social distancing. • We are providing electronic communication through (Viber with guests) for requests, queries, and assistance to offer seamless contactless service. • Scheduled surface spraying and disinfecting of the hotel lobby on an hourly basis. • We are providing advanced deposit and electronic payment options to guests to reduce interaction at the desk. • Electronic folios are provided to guests for paperless check-out.

GUESTROOMS • Room Attendants are provided with protective gear. • Hotel equipment and tools are disinfected daily. • Housekeeping follows a high level of standard in sanitation and disinfection procedure in cleaning all beddings and linens of our guest room beds. • Implementation of redu ced physical contact during laundry pick-up. • Personal hygiene items available for guest upon check in. • Guestrooms are decluttered. All non-essential item s such as pens, note pads, guest service directory, religious literature, local tourist guides, in-room dining menu, etc. should be made available upon guest request.

RESTAURANT & BARS • No mask, No Entry Policy. Customers not wearing masks shall not be allowed to enter the restaurant. Face mask shall be worn properly at all times except when eating and drinking. • Temperature Check. Body temperature checking using a thermal scanner or thermometer gun shall be administered to all customers upon entry at the restaurant. Only customers who are cleared during screening shall be allowed to enter. Those with fever or who exhibit flu-like symptoms shall be refused entry. • Physical Distancing. Customers shall observe physical distancing of at least one (1) meter from one another in communal areas, such as dining areas, toilets, and queuing areas. Floor markers have also been installed to enforce and guide guests to observe social distancing. • Sanitizing Mats. Customers shall sanitize their footwear using sanitizing mats and drying pads installed at the entrance of the restaurant before entering the establishment. • Contact Tracing. Customers shall provide their names and contact details in a contact-tracing log sheet as required by the government (DOT and DTI Philippines). Link shall be given to customers via QR code upon entry. • Health Declaration Form. Customers shall fill out a Health Declaration Form upon entry to the restaurant as required by the government (DOT and DTI Philippines). Link shall be given to customers via QR code upon entry. • Table Distance. Increase spacing have been made between all tables (Min. 2 meters per table). • Sterilization of Cutleries. Cutleries are sanitized and placed inside a paper pouch cover. • A la carte focused set menus and bento boxes. • Grab & Go (sandwiches, salad, wraps & pastries) are offered in Agenda. • Boxed meals are available with minimum contact through in-room dining. • All tables and chairs are sanitized with Oxivir after guest use.

PUBLIC AREAS • Patrolling Safety Officer deployed to ensure hygiene and safety standards are observed. • Automatic hand sanitizer dispensers are available in various areas. • The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of high touch areas has been increased. • Additional housekeeping attendant to focus on cleaning and disinfecting high touch areas. • Installation of UV Escalator Handrail Sterilizer for disinfection. • Regular misting of the public areas with disinfectant has been implemented.

ELEVATORS • Floor markers have been installed to enforce and guide guests to observe social distancing. • Reduce the number of guests inside the elevator. • Elevators and elevator floor buttons are sanitized periodically. • Guest elevators have been installed with automatic hand sanitizer dispensers.

KITCHEN • The service and kitchen teams are provided with protective gears such as mouth guards, masks, gloves and caps. • Vegetables washed with a food grade approved solution to disinfect. • Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on frequent handwashing with 30 min. frequency for all kitchen areas. • Regular cleaning of workstations with 20 min. frequency or after every task. • A dedicated Hygiene Manager is assigned to enforce standard measures.

MEETING & EVENTS • Banquet employees are provided with protective gear. • 2 meters spacing between chairs for social distancing. • Monitored ventilation and temperature control of event spaces. • Provision of disinfectants during events. • Tables are provided with hand sanitizers. • Bento box or a la carte serving are only available.

EMPLOYEE TRAINING • Employees must undertake Covid-19, Social Distancing, Hygiene Practices and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Training as pre-requisite to work. • DTI & DOLE Guidelines on Workplaces Control of Covid-19 Training. • Food handlers will undergo refresher training on safe food preparation and service. • Prior to reporting to work, employees are advised to visit the clinic to get proper checking and temperature screening. • Daily self-declaration health checklist are being filled out by employees before starting work.
